Author “The Reconnection: Heal Others, Heal Yourself”
Internationally recognized healer Eric Pearl has appeared on countless television programs in the US and around the world, spoken by invitation at the United Nations, presented to a full house at Madison Square Garden, been interviewed in various publications including The New York Times, and most recently featured in the film, The Living Matrix.
As a doctor, Eric ran a highly successful chiropractic practice for 12 years until one day his patients began reporting that they felt his hands on them – even though he hadn’t physically touched them. Patients soon reported receiving miraculous healings from cancers, AIDS-related diseases, epilepsy, chronic fatigue syndrome, rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, birth disfigurements, and other serious afflictions. All this occurred when Eric simply held his hands near them – and to this day, it continues.
His patients’ healings have been documented in six books to date, including Eric’s own international bestseller, The Reconnection: Heal Others, Heal Yourself, now in more than 36 languages!
Based in Los Angeles, Eric and Reconnective Healing elicit great interest from top doctors and medical researchers at hospitals, colleges and universities worldwide. Reconnective Healing Instructor
Kelly Woodruff is a graduate of the Reconnection Associate Instructor Program. When Kelly Woodruff was dancing and acting on Broadway or designing home interiors for New York’s wealthy elite, the farthest thing from his mind was that one day he would be a healer of remarkable ability, with clients reporting complete recovery from Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and other chronic physical and emotional illnesses. Nor would he have anticipated that he would one day be dedicating much of his life to teaching others how to become catalysts for Reconnective Healing.
Born in Tennessee and brought up in central Florida, Woodruff was raised to appreciate physicality and athleticism. The youngest of three children, he spent much of his time outdoors, playing and working in the countryside. Highly independent, he was attracted to the stage, where he could hone his skills the performing arts. After studying at Florida State University in the Schools of Theatre and Fine Arts, he was drawn to New York where Woodruff achieved the pinnacle of theatrical life, performing on Broadway in Will Rogers Follies and Chorus Line. He also toured with national and international tours of West Side Story, Chorus Line and other classics for more than 15 years.
But injuries took their toll, and he began looking elsewhere. His artistic interests eventually led him to a career in interior design, where he is currently partner in the architectural and interior design firm of Bohn Associates of New York and Miami, and directs the design department. The multi-talented Woodruff also recently launched a custom furniture line, Design for Designers (www.designfordesigners.com).
So Woodruff, though always a bit curious about alternative healing, wasn’t really in the market for another new career. But it found him.
In 2003, he attended two separate social events – one on the West Coast and one on the East Coast —where he was introduced to Reconnected Healers. By the time it happened the second time, he was curious enough to attend an introductory lecture. And, once there, he was more than intrigued and embarked on the full slate of Level l/ll/lll Reconnective Healing seminars. But it was when he went home and started working with friends that things really became interesting…his friends reported significant health improvements. Before long, people he didn’t know were booking appointments with him for Reconnective Healing sessions. Although he could not account for why it was happening, he knew something profound was taking place. Though it seemed to come easy to him, he still was unsure whether to really commit to a life as a Reconnective Healer.
“My bookkeeper experienced a healing from Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Another client had a tumor reduced from 16 centimeters to six. And then there were three more astonishing cures in just a few days, so I finally gave in, saying: ‘If this is meant to be, then I will just go with it,’” says Woodruff.
He found within himself a deepening desire to help others and to assist in teaching them to discover and understand the work for themselves. He began to assist Dr. Eric Pearl, the founder of Reconnective Healing, at seminars, traveling throughout the United States, Canada and Europe.
He is proud to be on the vanguard of a new paradigm, expanding the teaching model so that this important mission can reach more people around the planet. Woodruff also participates in the research which leading scientists are conducting with the Reconnection instructors to validate and understand the nature of the new bandwith of energy, light, and information that is creating this powerful form of “information medicine” as it is called.
The next frontier for Woodruff has been co-creating the new Reconnective Yoga program offered by The Reconnection. As an active yoga enthusiast and part-time instructor, it seemed natural to apply the benefit of Reconnective Healing to yoga practitioners to help them improve balance and range of motion, deepen their level of consciousness, and provide a more heightened sense of wellbeing. Now in the Reconnective Yoga program Woodruff teaches yoga teachers and practitioners alike to integrate the Reconnective Healing Frequencies into their yoga practice and classes, allowing for an expanded experience on the mat.
In addition to teaching, Woodruff offers sessions of Reconnective Healing, The Reconnection, and Practitioner Mentoring in his personal practices in New York City and Miami.
